What to do if...

Q: I am a private individual, can I receive a laptop?

A: We currently work exclusively with schools that have implemented E-learning for their students. If you are an individual, make a request to your teacher to contact us via community@molengeek.com

Q: My school administration does not respond to my messages. Can I submit a request myself?

A: It is necessary that the request is made on behalf of the school. We advise you to contact a teacher so that s.he can centralise the needs of all students and submit a single request for your entire school. We are currently in contact with several teachers in the 19 municipalities of Brussels.

Q: We are representatives of a school, what must we do to receive computers for our students?

A: Contact us by email via the form below or by sending an email to community@molengeek.com to submit a global request for all your students. Please have a list of all the students in need beforehand to let us know the total quantity of PC required.

Q: I have a laptop but it doesn't work, can I bring it to you for repair?

A: It is currently not possible for us to deal with this type of request. However, depending on the evolution of the situation, this could change. Leave us your contact details via the contact form above and we will contact you.

Q: I have a laptop but it doesn't work, can I call you for help repairing it?

A: We are currently unable to offer online support. However, depending on the evolution of the situation, this could change. Leave us your contact details via the contact form above and we will contact you.

Q: We are a company and have PC to give you. How do we get them to you?

A: Contact us using the form below, informing us of the quantity of computers, their characteristics * and your address. We will schedule a date and a time slot with you to come and collect them.

* For computer towers, we accept computers with Intel Core i3, i5 or i7 processors.

Q: My school has just applied. How long does it take to receive a PC?

A: Our team is doing everything possible to respond to all requests from schools and distribute PCs to students as quickly as possible. Depending on the availability of the schools and our team, the waiting time can range from 1 to 14 days.

Q: I have a hard drive, a switchbox, or other spare parts to donate. Do you also collect spare parts?
